What is Indoor Cycling?
Indoor Cycling, a.k.a. "spinning" is a group exercise class where participants ride a stationary bike to the rhythm of music and the direction of an instructor. Each 45 minute class you'll burn an average of 500-800 calories. No matter your fitness level, anyone who can ride a bike can participate. The rider controls the resistance, speed, and overall exertion during the class. Each rider can tailor the class to his or her specific fitness level.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a towel, plenty of water, and wear athletic shoes. Wear your usual workout attire. Loose, baggy clothing is not recommended. Bring your intensity and heart, leave behind your insecurities and anxieties! (If you have any medical condition, always consult your physician before participating in any activity.)
Why the Burn Studio vs.the local gym?
As enthusiasts of indoor cycling we encourage anyone and everyone to try this wonderful exercise whether it be at The Burn Studio or your local gym. However, we think we have a couple kickers that make us the best.
It starts with the intimidation factor. Our instructors will take care of you as if you are a member of our family. Before your first class begins, we will make sure you feel comfortable, knowledgeable, and set for success!

*DJ sound system and lighting. It pumps out the music that motivates you to push yourself to new levels.
