Daybreak burn cycle: Start your day off right with a 50 minute ride that will wake up those muscles and get you moving. Get your daily workout in early! You will leave refreshed, alert and ready to face anything the day brings your way!
Interval Massacre cycle: this 50 minute class instructs riders in ZONE training. Warm up, Aerobic endurance, sweet spot edge and muscular explosion—are all the phases you will learn to work according to your own fitness level. This class teaches you how to gauge your own effort level and learn how to find your optimal fitness on the bike. take charge of your training and feel maximum empowerment.
Burn Power 360 cycle: A 50-minute total body power ride including variations of cardiovascular workouts, endurance training, and strengthening drills for the core and upper body. The class is designed around power and heart-rate. Your ride will consist of extended periods at or just above functional power threshold. This powerful ride is full of high-energy and lots sweat!!
Late Night Cycle: Finish your day right with a 50 minute ride geared towards those who strive to build muscular strength and endurance. During your ride you will work within 3 energy zones: Interval Energy Zone, Endurance Energy Zone and Strength Energy Zone. Each class is set up for you in a way to prepare you for the next!!! Come BURN off those troubles of the day during with our late night ride.
Happy Hour Cycle: A 50-minute ride designed to improve cardiovascular function, build endurance, strengthen your muscles, and leave you smiling. Sweat out the stress of the day at Happy Hour!
Burn & Firm Cycle: A Burn Studio Exclusive! A 75 minute class starting with a 55 min ride which is not only a leg workout, but incorporates upper body strengthening and core stabilizing drills. Your ride will be a combination of a cardiovascular workout as well as an endurance and upper body strength building routine followed by 15 minutes of abdominal work on the mat. This class is a TOTAL BODY workout and a must for those looking to add variety and get in shape! You may bring wrist weights or weighted gloves.
Cyclone Cycle: A 50 min class filled with a variety of drills to challenge every muscle in your body! Be ready for anything in this class from hills, sprints, jumps, isolations, push-ups, stands, runs or resistance pushes….Get ready to work and sweat like crazy! Build your strength and stamina with this challenging yet awesome ride!
Six Pack Cycle: A 40 minute intense bike ride focusing on core strength and muscular endurance followed by 20 minutes of abdominal work on the mat. This fusion class will significantly strengthen your core and improve your form both on and off the bike. Get ready for some rock hard abs!
3rd Degree Burn Cycle: a 50 minute cadence ride focusing on proper form and designed to improve cardiovascular function, build endurance and strengthen your muscles. This is a ride like know other, get lost in the beat of the music and feel the burn.
Yoga Cycle: A Burn Studio exclusive! A 60 minunte long classes broken down to two parts: 30 minute of long, slow, deep riding on the bike and 30 minutes of hip and low spine opening postures. Very trance-like. This class closes with basic meditation instruction to help you leave all the stress behind. This is an amazing class for all levels.
Total Body Burn Cycle: 40 minutes of intense interval cycling with focus on rhythm, climb and resistance to brilliantly think out and sculpt the legs. The final 15 minutes in the saddle focus on the upper body–arms and abdominals–using resistance bands for an incredible burn. The concentric and ecentric actions of the tube makes for intense sculpting in a short period of time. Alignment is stressed. Twice a week. No excuses. Summer’s a’comin.
Viva la Velo Cycle: This 50 minute ride will take you through a series of drills and techniques that work on strength, posture and breath. This is a class for all levels. Riders will be encouraged to push their edge while respecting their individual level of fitness. Modifications will be given to meet the needs of the seasoned riders as well as beginners allowing a welcoming space to set personal goals.
Spinfinity Cycle: This 60 minute class begins off the bike with 15 minutes of dynamic stretching and breath technique to warm up and activate energy and flexibility through the spine and hips. The remainder of the class riders will utilize their breath awareness to work energy through the body in the saddle. Up tempo world music and mantras will be used blending the dynamic flow and power of sound current and to create a meditation in motion.
Fat Blaster Cycle: A full 75 solid minutes of sustainable aerobic endurance work on the bike. This class is specifically designed to burn fat and boost the metabolic rate. Your heart rate is brought just to the edge and kept there by manipulating resistance or speed. Your endurance will accomplish many challenges with finesse and a steady mind.
Introduction to Indoor Cycling: This is a 30 minute free introductory class to the world of Indoor Cycling. Clients will each get personalized attention and assistance with proper set-up on the bike, the various cycling positions and proper riding techniques. This class is a must for those who have never taken Indoor Cycling. It is offered twice a week to help alleviate those ‘first ride jitters’. Reservations only.

Core & Functional Training: Also called Burn Core Camp! Come experience a true boot camp style workout with high intensity drills mixed with traditional callisthenic and core strengthening exercises. This total body workout pushes you to new limits and challenges every muscle of the body. Burn Core Camp transforms your body stronger and leaner then you ever thought possible. With the use of stability balls, medicine balls, free weights and plyometric equipment, we will create a full body workout that will keep you moving. Whether your goal is to burn calories, tone your muscles, strengthen your core or build strength… Burn Boot Camp is the class for you. It is perfect for all fitness levels and will be modified to your ability.
Fundamental Yoga: Get your yoga on! Move your body therapeutically. Breath. Be aware. This fundamental yoga class requires no experience. You will learn how to sync the breath with basic poses to open the hips, spine, knees, shoulders and neck. The result will be a sense of ease and alignment in your body and emotions. A really good feeling of openness. It is meant as a refuel, a refresh, a restart, a re-align.
Mat Pilates: A 45 min class that takes you through a series of controlled movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, control & balance. The movement with breath places an emphasis is on conditioning your core, and strengthening your abs & back.
